Kitchen Tips
How to Reheat Cinnamon Rolls
Fresh from Tara's kitchen is best — but leftovers happen. Here's how to bring back that warm, gooey texture without drying them out.
Oven Method
Best for full pans and that just-baked softness.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place rolls in an oven-safe pan or dish. Tara's pickup containers work great if they are oven-safe.
- Cover loosely with foil to keep moisture in.
- Small pan (3–4 rolls): 8–10 minutes.
- Large pan (12 rolls): 12–15 minutes.
- Remove foil for the last 2 minutes if you want the top slightly crisp.
Microwave Method
Fast and perfect for single rolls or a quick treat.
- Place 1–2 rolls on a microwave-safe plate.
- Cover with a damp paper towel — this is the trick to avoiding rubbery texture.
- Microwave on medium power for 20–30 seconds.
- Check softness. If needed, add 10-second bursts until warm.
- Let rest 30 seconds before eating — the center stays hot.
Pro Tip from Tara
If you ordered a small pan for yourself, the microwave is your friend. For a medium or large pan feeding the family, the oven brings back that bakery-fresh warmth. And remember — Tara's pickup containers can go straight into the oven if they're marked oven-safe, so you can reheat and serve in the same dish.
